This traditional historical building, which is under the Mauracher family ownership since the 18th century, was built at the end of the 14th century. It is located exactly in the centre of Kirchberg, and it is all year round open. The village is located at the heart of the Brixental valley and only 6km away from the legendary sport town "Kitzbühel".
